1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the Material Memory Studio website (materialmemorystudio.com) and our services, including workshops, coaching sessions, and programs. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

Material Memory Studio provides:

• ·Private coaching sessions (Border Crossing Sessions, Wheel of Life, Ask Me Anything)
• ·Group and private workshops (Artist Practice, Solopreneur)
• ·Guest host programs and events

All sessions are by appointment. Availability, format, and pricing may change without prior notice.

3. Booking & Payment

• ·Sessions are confirmed upon payment or mutual agreement via KakaoTalk / email
• ·Payment methods: bank transfer (KRW), Stripe (USD/international)
• ·Prices are listed in both KRW and USD where applicable

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• ·7+ days before — full refund
• ·3–6 days before — 50% refund or reschedule
• ·Less than 3 days / no-show — no refund (reschedule may be possible upon discussion)

If we cancel a session for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

• ·Workshop materials (slides, guides, worksheets) are copyrighted by Material Memory Studio and provided for personal use only
• ·Work you create during workshops (websites, plans, creative output) belongs to you
• ·Please do not redistribute, resell, or publicly share workshop materials without permission

6. Limitation of Liability

• ·Coaching and workshops are educational and reflective in nature — they are not therapy, legal, or financial advice
• ·We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or results from our programs
• ·Participants are responsible for their own decisions and actions based on workshop content

7. Photography & Recording

We may take photos during workshops for documentation and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at the start of the session. Recording (audio or video) of sessions by participants is not permitted without prior consent.

8. Privacy

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
