What We Need from You

Profile photo
For the Luma event page and social promotion.
Workshop or event images
Past events, process, or work — to bring the promotional materials (homepage, Instagram, Luma event page) to life.
Event concept (rough draft)
Title, short description, intended audience, price — in English or Korean. We'll refine together on our video call. You can refer to existing events at luma.com/material-memory-studio for examples.
Send it all to us by email
Please send your proposal, short bio, relevant experience (previous talks, public events, or workshops), profile photo, and event images to jay@whywhatmatters.com — high-resolution images preferred.
Payment & revenue split
Most events are free or low-cost. For paid events, we discuss each collaboration individually. Depending on the event, this may take the form of a studio rental fee, a revenue-sharing arrangement, or another custom structure. Material costs, promotion responsibilities, payment handling, and documentation usage will be confirmed in advance for each event. Payment methods: Korean participants pay by bank transfer · International participants and card payments via Stripe payment link in USD.

Thank you for bringing your practice to Seoul. We look forward to building something together.
