Caroline Zwicker
A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) based in Washington, D.C. Caroline has lived on four continents and spent her career walking alongside individuals and mission-driven organizations during moments of change and possibility. Her work spans coaching, adult learning, facilitation, and leadership development. She brings deep listening, creativity, practical tools, warmth, and humor to every conversation — offering a judgment-free space for reflection and recalibration. A widowed single mother of two, she knows firsthand that transitions ask a lot of us, and that showing up to look at them honestly is not a small thing.
