Group Workshop — Material Memory Studio
Solopreneur Workshop for the AI Era
A small-group workshop on career transitions, business positioning, and AI-powered launch planning
A guided group workshop for professionals ready to turn what they know into what they build next. Whether you're leaving a company to go solo, launching a new practice, or pivoting your career — this session helps you find your mission, position your expertise, and build your first public output using AI tools.
This is a 3-hour group workshop for professionals in transition — personal trainers becoming founders, marketers becoming consultants, employees becoming solopreneurs. Held at Material Memory Studio with a small group of peers, the session moves through four structured phases: from life mission clarity to current state audit, to AI-powered content creation, to a concrete launch plan.
Digital tools — including GPT, Gemini, Claude, and others — are used throughout as practical aids. Not as the subject of the session, but as a means of getting real work done: a clearer positioning statement, a service description, a landing page draft, or a client acquisition template.
Well-suited for professionals who have deep expertise but lack the language to market it; who know AI could help but haven't connected it to their work; or who want a structured, supported environment to take the first concrete step toward their next chapter.
Sessions are now open for April 2026. View schedule and register on the Luma page.

Group Session Flow
The session moves through four structured phases. Each builds on the previous — from life mission clarity to current state audit, AI-powered content creation, and a concrete launch plan.
Phase 01 — 45 min
Mission & AI Setup
Mission & AI Setup
→ Personal mission statement + custom GPT/Gem (thinking) + CLAUDE.md (building)
Phase 02 — 45 min
Solopreneur Dashboard & Growth Flywheel
Now we build. Using AI, you'll create your own solopreneur project dashboard — a living overview of your assets, channels, offerings, revenue model, and growth flywheel. Map everything you currently have: professional profiles, social channels, networks, client base, reputation, skills. Then design your growth flywheel: how discovery leads to engagement, engagement to monetization, and clients to referrals. This isn't a paper exercise — you'll walk out with a real, deployed dashboard you can keep updating as your business evolves.
→ A live solopreneur dashboard with growth flywheel — your business at a glance
Phase 03 — 45 min
AI Build Sprint
The hands-on core of the workshop. The goal is not a draft — it's a live website. Using Claude Code and other AI tools, you'll build and deploy a real service page for your next chapter within the session. Your positioning, your story, your offering — published and shareable before you leave the studio. For more complex ideas (like a matching platform), you'll walk away with a working service introduction page as the foundation to build on.
→ A live, deployed service page — not a draft, but a real website you can share
Phase 04 — 45 min
Launch Plan
Turn your outputs into a 30-day action plan. Where will you find your first clients? What channels will you activate first? What's the minimum viable version of your new practice? You'll leave with a concrete plan — not a dream, but a sequence of steps you can start executing tomorrow.
→ 30-day launch plan
