Private Workshop — Material Memory Studio

Solopreneur Workshop for the AI Era

1:1 life & career coaching + service launch — mission clarity, marketing strategy, and a live service page built in one session

Your life direction comes first. The service follows. In this 3-hour 1:1 session, we start from where you are — your values, your expertise, the work you actually want to do — and build everything from there: positioning, marketing strategy, growth plan, and a real service page. AI is the execution tool. Coaching is the foundation.

This is a private 1:1 workshop for professionals in transition — personal trainers becoming founders, marketers becoming consultants, employees becoming solopreneurs. In a focused 3-hour session at Material Memory Studio, we work through your specific situation: what domain to claim, how to position your expertise, what to build first, and how to grow it — including which channels actually fit your price point, your customers’ age group, and whether you’re reaching a domestic (Korea) or global audience.

AI tools — including Claude, GPT, Gemini, and others — are used throughout as practical execution tools. Not as the subject of the session, but as the means of building real outputs: your positioning, your service page, your business plan, your growth strategy. Because it's 1:1, every output is built around your specific domain and market — not a template.

If you know someone in the same field, you can book together — each person gets their own full set of outputs. Inquire via KakaoTalk.

In One Session

What participants discovered.

My life direction became a single sentence.
Once the mission was clear, the right customer became obvious.
I finally have a marketing plan — not just posting, but a loop.
I can now say my price with confidence.
Once I drew my growth loop, I could finally see where I had been wasting time.

— 이태석 · PT 트레이너 · 2026년 4월 워크숍

This Is For You If

You want to launch a business that's aligned with your life direction — not just any business, but the right one for where you want to go
You have expertise, but no website or service that showcases it
You have real expertise but haven't yet translated it into a clear mission, a paying audience, or a marketing strategy you can sustain
You've been thinking about going independent for a while — and want a structured session to clarify what to build, for whom, and how
You're curious about AI but haven't connected it to your actual work yet
You want to build and own your product — not outsource it — learning to develop, market, and grow it yourself
You're already independent — and want to tighten your positioning, rebuild your growth engine, or expand what you're offering

Participant Reviews

“AI had always felt distant and difficult to me. Jay’s classes were genuinely enjoyable, and it now feels much closer. I came away with the confidence to start using it myself, one thing at a time, at work and outside it.”

— Lim Dae-hyuk · Executive Director, Rosso (Sungsimdang) · corporate team sessions

“I now divide things into B.A and A.A — before AI and after AI. Someone who only knew how to search ended up building and shipping the service she needed. Work looks more three-dimensional now, and I can see where it can be improved.”

— Lim Sun · Director, Rosso (Sungsimdang) · corporate team sessions

“What I valued was being able to build my own tool, one I can actually use in my work. (…) Work that took twelve staff four to five hours every month looks like it can be turned into a program and handled by two or three managers instead.”

— Kim Kyung-jun · HR, Rosso (Sungsimdang) · corporate team sessions

“I realized I’d been using less than 10% of what AI could actually do. Once I started using it properly, it felt like a whole new world had opened up. And I knew zero coding, but I built a working web page in just 3 hours — it gave me confidence to keep learning.”

— 이태석 · PT Trainer → Solopreneur · NPS 10/10

“Three years ago, when I first started my business, it took a month just to build a website. Doing it with Jay in three hours was astonishing — such a rewarding outcome.”

— Gloria Song · CPCC Coach · NPS 10/10

“Yesterday I launched my coaching site with Jay, and today, using what I learned, I was able to build and ship the self-assessment tool I had been wanting to make. Being able to do this on my own with Claude feels unreal.”

— Gloria Song · CPCC Coach · after the session, on her own

“What I valued was not just the AI part — getting marketing feedback alongside it was a real boost for an early-stage startup or a solopreneur.”

— 이태석 · Follow-up session

“So that’s why developers set something running and go do other things. So that’s why App Store review went from two days to thirty — anyone can build now. So that’s why small business owners avoid development: they’re afraid of what the tokens will cost.”

— Workshop participant · Entertainment & lifestyle business

“It wasn’t a class that walks you through AI tools and how to use them. It was time spent making concrete what I actually wanted to do, and testing where and how AI fits into that. (…) What I valued most was that it didn’t stop at ‘so AI can do this too’ — I got to experience the steps it takes to turn that into something real.”

— Global solopreneur · Travel content

“I worried a lot about whether I could keep up with the curriculum, but following the order I was given, one step at a time, it went better than expected and I started to enjoy it. (…) I picked up the attitude that you don’t have to be perfect to start — you can learn by doing — and that has affected me well beyond the class.”

— Global solopreneur · Psychology content

“I took this while preparing to go independent after leaving my job. In the relaxed, good-humoured room Jay made, I got to ask myself — using AI — what kind of business I actually wanted to run, and that process made my business model far more concrete. Marketing was the area I had least of a grip on, and having that looked after alongside was a real help.”

— Preparing to go independent after leaving a job

“I signed up because I wanted to learn about personal branding and launching a service while getting my business ready. I hadn’t used AI much, so it felt unfamiliar at first, but following along and applying it one piece at a time, I ended up with something I was genuinely happy with. (…) I had never once thought hard about how to define my business and my brand in a single line, and this let me settle the brand’s direction and then build an actual website on top of it.”

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I participate if I don't have a business idea yet?

Yes. The session doesn't start from 'what to build' — it starts from 'what do you actually want to do.' The less clear you are, the more useful this tends to be.

Do I need to learn Firebase or coding beforehand?

No. This session uses methods that build a service page without coding. A laptop and basic access to an AI tool (Claude, GPT) is enough.

Will payment systems be set up during the session?

The session focuses on positioning, pricing strategy, and service page structure. Payment integration (Stripe, etc.) comes after — which approach fits your case is something we decide together.

Should I use Claude Code or Cursor?

For service page building, Claude Code (CLI) is the recommendation in most cases. We'll choose the right tool for your situation together in the session.

I'm already working independently — will this help?

Yes. Tightening your positioning, rebuilding your growth engine, or adding a new service — all are good reasons to come. We start from where you are now.
