Wheel of Life &
Harada Chart Sessions
Wheel of Life · Driving Force · Harada Chart
A structured session for those who want to see their life clearly, find where to focus, and leave with a concrete action plan — all in one sitting.
The session begins with the Wheel of Life — scoring eight key life areas (Health, Career, Love, Spirituality, Family, Money, Fun, Friends) to create a visual snapshot of where you are right now. From there, the lowest-scoring area becomes the focus: not as a problem to fix, but as a development zone to explore.
Next comes the Driving Force — a second Wheel drawn entirely within that one development area, breaking it into eight more specific spokes. This second Wheel helps separate a vague low score into specific dimensions, so the coaching conversation can focus on what is actually asking for attention.
The coaching portion (~25–30 minutes) is a held, focused conversation grounded in what emerged from both Wheels. At the close, the session recording is used to develop a Harada Chart — a structured action plan built from the coaching conversation. As a first step, AI helps generate an initial draft of action items, organized by priority levels (S, A, B, C). We then refine this draft together through reflection, so the final chart is realistic, personally meaningful, and aligned with your actual capacity and direction.
This is not a diagnostic exercise for optimization alone, but a reflective structure for noticing where life is asking for care, reorientation, and movement.
Who This Is For
This session is for people who feel stretched across many areas of life, unsure where to focus first. It is especially helpful when you have insight, desire, or urgency — but not yet a clear structure for action. Rather than trying to fix everything at once, we identify the one area that most needs development now.
Sessions are now available on Saturdays by appointment. A small, intentional opening — not a large-scale launch.

Both formats include all three printed outputs. The 60-minute format is suited to identifying one key development area and leaving with a focused action outline. The 90-minute format allows more depth in the coaching conversation, fuller exploration through the Driving Force Wheel, and a more thoroughly refined Harada Chart.
Sessions are available on Saturdays by appointment. Select a date on the booking page; both 90- and 60-minute options are offered.

What You Take Away
You leave the session with three printed sheets — drawn and printed in-studio during the session itself. Together they follow a single logic: where you are now → what specifically needs attention → what to do next, in what order.
Output 01
Wheel of Life — where you are now
Your scored snapshot across 8 life areas — a visual map of where energy is balanced, and where it is being asked for.
Output 02
Driving Force — what specifically needs attention
A second Wheel focused entirely on your identified development area — 8 spokes that separate a vague low score into the specific dimensions most asking for movement.
Output 03
Harada Chart — what to do next, in what order
A structured action plan developed from the coaching conversation and session recording. AI helps generate a first draft of action items organized by priority (S, A, B, C); final priorities and wording are refined together in conversation, in relation to your real situation.
After the session, the Harada Chart can be placed somewhere visible in your home or studio, so it continues to function as a daily reference point for reordering your choices around what matters most now.
Follow-Up Session
Living the Harada Chart
A 30-minute online follow-up session for reviewing how you have been using your Harada Chart in daily life, what feels aligned or difficult, and what may need to be adjusted.
This is not a re-diagnosis session. The Wheel and Driving Force stay in the background — the focus here is the chart you're already living with. We check what moved, what stalled, and what needs to be reworded or reordered based on actual experience. A concise online coaching conversation guides the revision, and an updated version of your chart is sent to you as a file after the session.
Who This Is For
For anyone who completed a Wheel of Life & Harada Chart Session and is now living with their chart — whether they've been following it closely or have drifted from it. This session is for those who want to close the gap between the chart and how life has actually unfolded.
Session Details
For the most focused review, booking within 2–3 weeks is recommended.
