Just Send a Postcard

Draw a moment, write a letter, and send it for real

A scene from a trip — or from an ordinary day — can become a moment you want to keep. In this workshop, you capture that moment on a single postcard, then write a short letter to whoever came to mind with it. No one comes to mind? That's fine — send it to your future self. What matters isn't drawing well. It's discovering and recording a scene. When the workshop ends, we put a real stamp on your finished postcard and mail it. Group workshop · 2 hours · ₩40,000 · max 8.

Session Flow

01

Opening

Recall a scene you want to remember — from a trip, or from everyday life — and think of someone you might send it to.

02

Draw

After a short drawing demo, move your scene onto a postcard. Focus on the mood of the memory, not on drawing well.

03

Write

Write a short letter on the back — to yourself now, to an old friend, or to your future self.

04

Send

Every postcard is mailed for real after the workshop. A few days later, your memory arrives in someone's mailbox.

What You Take Home

A postcard you drew yourself
A handwritten message
A simple way to observe and record a scene through drawing
A memory that arrives later, by real mail
